Paul Ross and Jean-François Labelle, respectively Reptile’s CEO and COO, now have a third partner they can count on take a fresh look at all of the agency’s internal strategic decisions.
“Jonathan is very invested in Reptile. He lives and breathes the company and he has always taken initiative to help it grow while upholding its values,” explained Paul Ross.
In addition to continuing to act as director of business development, Jonathan Laberge will be helping set and reach the agency’s overall objectives. “Jonathan’s role will be to bring the team even more exciting projects to work on. He will also be providing Paul and me with greater support, so that we can be more available to the team. And he’ll be generating new ideas that will benefit the company’s strategic direction,” added Jean-François Labelle.
Having started out at Reptile as project manager, then business development advisor, director of business development and now partner, Jonathan has worked on many of the agency’s accounts. He has also developed considerable experience and a solid reputation that he draws on in the talks and training sessions he gives.
“I think the biggest change will be my higher-level involvement in Reptile’s strategic decisions. One of my strengths is setting and reaching personal objectives. From now on, I’ll be making sure the entire team can do the same, by—among other things—acting as an exemplary leader to help the agency expand,” said Jonathan Laberge. It is with much enthusiasm that the digital expert is taking on his new responsibilities.
“With Jonathan as partner, Jean-François will be able to concentrate on the company’s technical aspects, I’ll be able to focus on strategy and Jonathan on Reptile’s growth. This decision will help the agency grow and be even more effective for our clients,” added the CEO.
